Online purchases can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase. This policy applies to full price and sale items. 

For online orders, we will send you an email confirmation once we receive your returns.

If a delivery is missed, the courier will make several attempts to deliver your parcel. You can use the tracking information provided to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the customer does not arrange for redelivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, a returns fee will be deducted from your refund.
