These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Products & Availability

All items listed are brand new and subject to availability. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative.


Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are added at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via debit/credit card and secure payment platforms.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £3.99.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Pre-Orders

  • If you place a pre-order, payment is taken immediately to reserve your item.

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be stated on the product page.

  • Pre-orders are treated as standard purchases under UK consumer law.

Returns & Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@palmaboa.com

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
